2) any images or photos in a tweet must have useful and considered alt-text

3) RTs are not endorsements

4) you still have to call them "faves"

6) you must not post links to @instagram photos

7) no Nazis, #MAGA puppets, or Russian bots

8) you must not retweet other people’s quote tweets of your own tweets

9) if anyone you follow tweets a picture of their kid you have to like^H^H^H^H fave it unless it’d seem creepy

10) you must not tweet screenshots of text as a means of going beyond 140 characters

11) you must not tweet links to paywalled or subscriber-walled content

12) the number of accounts you follow must be less than the number of accounts that follow you

13) you must not delete tweets containing typos

14) hyperlinks *must* go at the end of a tweet, but they *do not* count towards the 140 character limit
