@doctorow A while ago (i think) you posted a link to a YouTube series by a old-school maker who ran an arcade in the UK…
…it was a series of excellent deep-dives into chains, buttons, and other mechanical and electric components.
I’ve been trying to find those shows on YouTube but haven;t been able to figure out the right magic search incantation.
