@Ity Great question! I was, perhaps to the surprise of some of my followers, arguing *against* "No Meeting Thursdays" which matches my IRL beliefs.

@Ity I think a better way to increase IC output is to assign managers a KR of increasing consecutive un-interrupted hours for their reports.
