Welp, I forgot to get off the elevator when it stopped at the first floor of TwitterHQ and found myself temporarily trapped.

I’m free now, but, much to my dismay the "Open Doors" button did nothing.

Fortunately my elevator was selected to to convey someone from the lobby to another floor and I was released.
